Somebody called me with this phone number 07060714545 telling me he was doing some registration online and he mistakenly put my number on what he was registering, that my number is similar to his number and that the password of what he was registering was sent to my phone which I actually saw as 6310.
He was now appealing to me to give him the reset code that was sent to my phone so that he could finish his registration.
I told him to call me with the number he claimed was similar to mine so that I could verify his claim, he told me he didn't have credit in that line.
I got online to find out more, only to discover he was actually trying to reset my bank online/yahoomail password and that he is a fraudster, an account hacker and also a 419er.
If I had given him the code which was sent to my phone, he would have used it to reset my bank online/mobile app account.
Please let us be careful and vigilant. Fraudsters are devising new ways every day.
This is a new way of defrauding people...

100 YEARS FROM NOW
100 YEARS FROM NOW !!
In the year 2119, in just 100 years from now, every single reader of this piece will be underground, our bodies having become part of the soil. During that time, our fate in respect to paradise or hell would have been made known to us.
Meanwhile above the soil, our houses that were left behind would have become homes for others or demolished for better structures. Our clothes would have become rags for others and replaced by more recent trends, our cars will be on display as historical artifacts by others, also replaced by more advanced technology. As for us, we will be, for the most part, never thought about by anyone again. How often do you think about your great grandfather? How often does your great grandmother cross your mind?
Our presence here on earth today, that presence that we make so much noise about and shed so many tears for, was preceded by countless generations before us and shall be followed by countless generations after us. Every generation that passes through this world barely finds the time to take a glance at the world before needing to bid it farewell and handing over the baton, having not fulfilled even a fraction of ones ambitions. Our lives are, in reality, far shorter than we imagine.
I 2119, every one of us will realise from within the grave just how worthless this world actually was, and how trivial those dreams were that centred on it.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: It takes an encounter to count in life.
Divine encounter is the meeting of humanity with Divinity. It is man’s meeting with and experience of his Maker. It is the meeting of the terrestrial with the celestial.
It is important to note that one Divine encounter can settle a person’s life forever; one encounter of Divinity on humanity can settle a life forever.
For example,"Abraham was a generational failure that became a generational success at the instance of a Divine encounter. He was a nonentity that became a celebrity by just one encounter (Genesis 12":1-5). At the age of 75,"Abraham was still in his father’s house, and he was also childless with no result, but he got one encounter with God that turned everything around.
Beloved, please note the following":
1. It takes an encounter to account for your life on earth. It takes an encounter to account for your existence,"to confirm that you are not a waste or that God did not waste His time creating you.
2. It takes an encounter to count in life. There are people who are alive but cannot be counted. There are people whose contributions are not regarded, but people who have Divine encounter cannot be disregarded.
3. It takes an encounter to counter the agenda of the enemy. It takes an encounter with God to put the devil where he belongs. Moses was on the run when he was declared wanted by Pharaoh but after the burning bush encounter, he went and confronted Pharaoh and Pharaoh could not hurt him.
Beloved, it does not matter what is against you, when you encounter God, the agenda of your enemies shall be countered. So, desire an encounter with God.

BEING EMOTIONALLY STRONG.....
Being emotionally strong is the virtue of the brave. Some mistakes in my life happened cos i felt i was living life and I never really knew what's up with tomorrow. I've broken hearts and in return I was also broken(That's Karma for you) and for the sake of my future I had to make peace with those persons and ask for their forgiveness. I was deceived, played, insulted, looked down on upon and left to date myself all alone in a relationship.
I lost people who really loved me because I wasn't serious minded and by the time I came back for them it was too late. But I realize in life sometimes God allows us to go through some pains to enable us know what it felt like to allow other people go through such pains.
That doesn't mean I should give up on Love. I'm at that point where I'm even scared to love again but i have no choice but encourage others to love and help them avoid the mistakes i made because whatever happens to us happened so other people can learn from.
But I realize these things happening were the products of the prayers I prayed as a young boy the night my mum gave up the ghost over 15years ago . I remember in tears I told God
"Anyday I decide to take any step that will wreck me, may He frustrate it".
I just prayed it not seriously but rather out of emotions little did I know that heaven heard it. Now years later the prayers have started working and now I knew God heard it.
See truth is i know somehow my partner is around somewhere and when she arrives she'll be worth the wait and I won't have to remember the pains I've been through. Oh yes I made mistakes no doubt about that, I tried making up but no one can mend a broken glass the scars will always be there so I made peace and moved on.
Friends don't feel bad when relationship ain't working for you rather work on yourself and listen to what God is saying He knows the best for you and at times he'll make you go through some heart breaks to save you from disgrace in marriage. Keep God first. Fall in love when you're ready and not when you're lonely. Remember Jesus loves you Thank you!

I want you all to join me in thanking God for His protection over me last week Friday.
*My testimony:*
I went to GTB in Ado Ekiti to mak e a transaction Friday morning.
On entering the bank premises, I looked out for the ATM that had the shortest line and went for that one which fortunately for me didn't had just a boy.
On approaching the ATM, the boy(can't be more than 22years old), sagging, came out making it look like he was done and on his way out.
I asked him politely if it was dispensing and he said it was.
Immediately I entered the cubicle, I noticed a N20 note on the keypad.
I quickly turned to call his attention to the money but he was already by the entrance to the cubicle.
He asked me passuasively to give it to him that it was his.
I said to him to take it.
He passuaded me to give him and I said to him "what did you put in your mouth to talk to me?"
He smiled asking me to please give him the N20.
I immediately slapped him.
He staggered down the 6-step stairs and on regaining his balance, took to his heels.
I called the attention of the security shouting that they should stop the boy.. They locked the gate and apprehended him.
I told them what transpired by the ATM.
They beat the boy up.
I insisted he must take the N20 he put there and he started begging.
I dragged him to the ATM to take his N20.
He started crying.
The Mopol beat him and insisted he must take the money.
After about 2mins, the boy recited some incantations for about 1min before taking the money.
He used the N20 as a bait to get his would-be sacrifice for money rituals.
What happened later, I didn't know as I was running out of time to meet up an appointment.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Until you open your life to God,"God does not open your destiny to you.
Our anchor Scripture confirms that the admission of truth is one of the factors that determine the fulfilment of destiny. When Jacob’s father asked Jacob who he was at the time he wanted to get the blessing, he said that he was Esau (Genesis 27":32). That was a lie. But when the angel asked him who he was,"he had to open up to the angel by saying that he was Jacob. That truth led him into destiny fulfilment.
Today, we live in a generation where many people live a lie in everything. Some people get involved in an arranged marriage in order to travel abroad, some people forge documents in order to get a job. For some people, the different parts of their body are mobile lies. Sometime ago, I heard that a woman did an artificial silicone implant of the breast and while she was in an aircraft travelling, one of the breasts exploded in the aircraft. What vanity!
Beloved, take note of the following":
a. Until you open your life to God,"God does not open your destiny to you.
b. Cover-up is the way to a closed life. Truth is key to triumph. Until people are set for the truth, they are not set for their future.
Beloved, you should be able to open up to God and say, ‘Lord, I lie, I cheat, I deceive, I masturbate, I am a lesbian, a homosexual, a smoker, or a drunkard,’ if that is what you find yourself in. Tell God, ‘Lord, I know this can destroy my life and take me to hell. Lord, please help me destroy this wrong desire.’ Ask God for mercy and He will intervene, change you and open up your destiny.
Remember this": Until you open your life to God,"God does not open your destiny to you.

Our anchor Scripture confirms that the admission of truth is one of the factors that determine the fulfilment of destiny. When Jacob’s father asked Jacob who he was at the time he wanted to get the blessing, he said that he was Esau (Genesis 27":32). That was a lie. But when the angel asked him who he was,"he had to open up to the angel by saying that he was Jacob. That truth led him into destiny fulfilment.
Today, we live in a generation where many people live a lie in everything. Some people get involved in an arranged marriage in order to travel abroad, some people forge documents in order to get a job. For some people, the different parts of their body are mobile lies. Sometime ago, I heard that a woman did an artificial silicone implant of the breast and while she was in an aircraft travelling, one of the breasts exploded in the aircraft. What vanity!
Beloved, take note of the following":

BEATING THE CHILD: BETWEEN PUNISHMENT AND DISCIPLINE
BEATING THE CHILD: BETWEEN PUNISHMENT AND DISCIPLINE
There is a difference between punishment and discipline. Punishment is good because it tells the child that actions have consequences. But punishment must lead to a point where a child can, on his own, choose not to misbehave. That point is called DISCIPLINE. A disciplined child can make the right choices unsupervised.
Unfortunately, many times punishment does not lead to discipline because of wrong administration. There are common mistakes parents make when punishing and the end result is negative. Many children even become stubborn.
Here are some rules for punishment...
1. Never ever beat a child out of anger. No don't do it. You came back from work and noticed that Peter has broken the centre table due to excessive play. You get so angry that you land Peter a few dirty slaps while screaming at him.
WRONG! I know your table is expensive but that child's character is more valuable. Be the parent. Be in control of your emotions. When you react out of anger, you're telling your child that it's ok to react out of anger. They learn more by what they see you do rather than what you say.
2. Avoid punishing for a first time offence. If Peter went to the convenience without flushing, that is an offence in most houses. Do not punish Peter yet. Ask him to flush and immediately please stipulate a punishment for that offence. "The next time you do this you will get 3 lashes on your bumbum or you will wash the toilet for a week", or any other punishment you so desire. Let Peter know the consequence for that action. The next time Peter does it, do not shout. Do not get angry. Look at Peter at his eye level. Squat or bend if you have to. In a deep serious voice remind him of the consequence of that action and please follow it through. Give him the 3 lashes. Not 2, not 4, but 3 as stipulated. Peter must not think you're beating him out of anger but because of what he did wrong.
By that, Peter will learn that actions have consequences. Next time he uses the toilet, he will flush.
3. Be consistent. If a punishment for an offence is 3 lashes, please give 3 lashes each time that offence is committed. Do not pardon Peter sometimes depending on your mood. Do not threaten without following it through. If you do, Peter will begin to take you for granted and it's a terrible situation.
4. Do not shout threats. Please have a serious voice. Practice it. It should be deeper than your normal talking voice. Threaten only once and follow through next time it happens. A parent who shouts a lot will likely raise a child who will shout a lot.
5. Do not beat impulsively. Always give a pre-stipulated punishment. This is so important. You could be teaching your child violence when you just beat out of anger. I had to repeat this because it's important. How do you want Peter to react when he's angry? Practice it on Peter. If you always beat because you're angry, then as a parent you need discipline yourself.
6. Reward good behaviour. If Peter was punished for an offence and next time he chooses not to repeat it, you have succeeded at discipline. Bravo! Reward his behaviour please. Acknowledge it. Tell him you're proud of him. Hug him. Do something to re-enforce that good behaviour. Discipline is not all about beating.
7. Avoid using your hands to beat. Don't slap. Don't knock. Get a small cane if you must beat. If Peter messes up and the punishment is 3 lashes, ask him to get the cane. Those seconds will give you time to calm down. Always remind him of why you're giving 3 lashes before giving it.
Do not use your hands. Hands are for loving. Let him associate your hands with love and not violence. Especially avoid slapping girls. They may think it is normal and not recognise domestic violence when they see it in future.
Remember that beating is not the only form of punishment. You can raise a well disciplined child without ever beating them. If possible, avoid it.
There is a difference between punishment and discipline. Punishment is good because it tells the child that actions have consequences. But punishment must lead to a point where a child can, on his own, choose not to misbehave. That point is called DISCIPLINE. A disciplined child can make the right choices unsupervised.
Unfortunately, many times punishment does not lead to discipline because of wrong administration. There are common mistakes parents make when punishing and the end result is negative. Many children even become stubborn.
Here are some rules for punishment...
1. Never ever beat a child out of anger. No don't do it. You came back from work and noticed that Peter has broken the centre table due to excessive play. You get so angry that you land Peter a few dirty slaps while screaming at him.
WRONG! I know your table is expensive but that child's character is more valuable. Be the parent. Be in control of your emotions. When you react out of anger, you're telling your child that it's ok to react out of anger. They learn more by what they see you do rather than what you say.
2. Avoid punishing for a first time offence. If Peter went to the convenience without flushing, that is an offence in most houses. Do not punish Peter yet. Ask him to flush and immediately please stipulate a punishment for that offence. "The next time you do this you will get 3 lashes on your bumbum or you will wash the toilet for a week", or any other punishment you so desire. Let Peter know the consequence for that action. The next time Peter does it, do not shout. Do not get angry. Look at Peter at his eye level. Squat or bend if you have to. In a deep serious voice remind him of the consequence of that action and please follow it through. Give him the 3 lashes. Not 2, not 4, but 3 as stipulated. Peter must not think you're beating him out of anger but because of what he did wrong.
By that, Peter will learn that actions have consequences. Next time he uses the toilet, he will flush.
3. Be consistent. If a punishment for an offence is 3 lashes, please give 3 lashes each time that offence is committed. Do not pardon Peter sometimes depending on your mood. Do not threaten without following it through. If you do, Peter will begin to take you for granted and it's a terrible situation.

Larry and Harry, two homeless men were given a chance to travel to a third world country on an all-expenses paid trip. They were told to carry nothing and return with nothing...
They were to make sure they spend all that was given to them. Provision had been made for their expenses and welfare which they would get upon arrival at their destination.
The only caveat was that neither of them knew when they would be asked to return home.
As they arrived, they were both given a huge sum of money and a credit card with no limits, but reminded to spend it all before returning to their home country. At this, they became instantly wealthy by local standards.
Harry thought to himself "Wow!
This is my opportunity to live like a king for I don't know how long this would last". So he went and rented a Ferrari and rented the best room in the best hotel in town.
He went to the best stylist, shaved and transformed his looks. He had parties everyday. Everyone in the city thought the cars and the wealth were his and they loved and respected him for it.
But..
At the back of his mind, Harry knew he would go back home someday and leave all of it behind but he didn't want to think about it.
Right now he was living in the moment and enjoying himself to the fullest...
Larry, on the other hand rented a small Honda to get him around town and stayed in a modest inn. He thought to himself "This money will not last and I don't know when I am going back so I have to do something tangible with it." He decided to use it to change some people's lives while there was still time.
So he got busy, went out on the streets and started making a difference. He didn't just give away money, rather he tried to help
people be self-sufficient. He paid off all the school fees of some promising young ones to enable them get an education and take
care of themselves and their families.
He found some responsible adults and funded them in a business that guaranteed they would be able to take care of their family and create employment. He devised a means of helping some of the homeless people get off the street and getting them into a trade for he thought "I wish someone would do this for me when I get back". In short, while Larry was there, he was busy changing lives...

..
Then after just two months they were suddenly notified that it was time to go back.
They hadn't even finished spending all the money but still had to leave it all.
They both said their goodbyes and headed for the airport. At the airport they were given their original clothes to put back on before boarding the plane back to their country...
Harry reminisced on the good times he had but wasn't too happy that he was going back to his old life. How would he readjust to being homeless?
Larry on the other hand felt good. He came with nothing and is leaving with nothing, but he at least helped others with a chance at life and that alone meant the world to him.
Readjusting to being a homeless person wouldn't be a problem because he never lived like the wealth was his anyway and always had it at the back of his mind that he would leave it all someday.

Little did they know that each moment they spent on vacation was being secretly recorded and they would be rewarded accordingly.
Now...

Now, which one do you think would be cast back out to the slums as a homeless person and which one would be entrusted with large sums of wealth and position of authority?
The same goes with our lives here on earth.
We are sent here on a mission and will return empty handed except for the recordings of our dealings here on earth. Yet, many of us walk around thinking that the wealth we have is ours to keep forever. We look at ourselves in the mirror and think that what we see will always be there, forgetting that we are wearing a temporary cloth, a human body, that would be required of us before we leave this world.
Our vacation on earth is but a short time while eternity is forever. How we spend this vacation determines how we get to spend eternity.

2. Those who are quick to accept you for who you are: These are the ones who from the very first day makes you feel so comfortable with your current situation. They be like its not all about the money, I'm not after a man/ woman who has it all etc. Be very careful with such people cos when they'll leave you'll wish you never met them hmmmm! They'll make you feel it was all your fault and turn even your family against you but my dear its because you were not what they expected financially just leave them and go and hustle in peace.
3. Those who are too possessive: These are the ones who feel you should be under them. Like everything around your life should be done with their consent. There are most times authoritative and only becomes humble when they need something from you.
4. The Ones who don't get to check up on you unless you do: Communication is a two way thing. When you notice you're the only one throwing the calls, texts and always initiating the chats I think you'll have to reconsider your decision and pack your load.
5. Those who only remember/ call you sweet names when you upload a new picture or achieve something new: My dear friends if you have this type of people on your list I beg you be extremely careful with them. There are the ones who have tendencies of loving people because of what they see all over that person. They are highly materialistic when you see messages from those kind of people just jump and pass.
6. The ones who says they'll get back to you and never do: These breed of persons are the ones who'll leave you right in the days when things are rough for you. They'll make you feel they are with you but dear they are not.

SCRIPTURE: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,"the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Hebrews 11":1-2
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: You cannot purchase higher than the faith at your disposal.
Faith is a spiritual currency with which supernatural transactions are made. In the spiritual,"faith is like what money is in the physical. All the purchases you can make in the realm of the spirit are made by the currency of faith. Favour, greatness, divine supplies, divine health, miracles, etc. are accessible by faith. So, the limit of your faith determines the limit of your purchasing power in the spiritual.
Beloved, the kind of things you can access in the realm of the spirit are limited by the extent of your faith. You cannot purchase higher than the faith at your disposal. That was why the rugged healing evangelist, A. A. Allen said ‘When you run out of faith, then you run out of miracles.’

Faith is a spiritual currency with which supernatural transactions are made. In the spiritual,"faith is like what money is in the physical. All the purchases you can make in the realm of the spirit are made by the currency of faith. Favour, greatness, divine supplies, divine health, miracles, etc. are accessible by faith. So, the limit of your faith determines the limit of your purchasing power in the spiritual.
Beloved, the kind of things you can access in the realm of the spirit are limited by the extent of your faith. You cannot purchase higher than the faith at your disposal. That was why the rugged healing evangelist, A. A. Allen said ‘When you run out of faith, then you run out of miracles.’

BE CONSCIOUS
Sexual immorality (Adultery, fornication, homosexuality, lesbianism etc) are disorders. They are not part of God's design of us as new creation in Christ. They destroy body, soul and spirit. The good news is that they are preventable and curable. Get the medicine.

*If You Want A Relationship/Marriage That Is Successful*
1. Grow together.
Pray together, study together, fast together, grow together, it is a form of bonding. Many times when I'm on a journey, waiting on the Lord for more than 7days, no food and she said I go with you, we saw scriptures together, we share revelation together, we'll hold hands together, we'll do thing together, it is a time of bonding. But when you have a man that is so spiritual and a wife that is so natural, then calamity is around the corner. Spirituality in the man and carnality in the woman, equals calamity in the home.
2. Understand your partner.
Jacob slept with somebody from night till morning and did not know who she was. It was in the morning he realised that it was not Rachael but Leah. Many men are married to women they don't know and many women are married to men they don't know. You saw money and married money, you don't know the man. You saw face and you married beauty, you don't know who is behind the face.
I saw a Music minister who married someone who is also a Music minister after two weeks of marriage and he cried pastor I didn't know she was like this, I thought she was more spiritual than this.. Oh Lord!
Know who you are marrying to. My wife knows when to come in and when to stop at the door. You know the likes and the dislikes.. You know where to trigger the flames to affect the person positively... Understand who you are marrying to!
3. Lubricate your relationship with communication.
There are many times I'm not in the mood to talk or maybe praying. Despite my busy schedule, I still call her often and here is one of the message I sent to her:
.......just thinking of you and how much of a gift you are to my life and ministry. Also, the authenticity of your Christianity. I saw the passion about 26years ago and asked you to pray in the spirit for one hour. That favor is still there, well done, keep it up. I love you and I'm there for you Becky. ......
How do you think she would feel? You think that text will be deleted from her phone? Every marriage is service by communication. If you like be Anointed, your wife will pack out from your house if no communication, despite the anointing. Whenever she gets tired of your ruggedity and your stonish operation, not greeting anybody because you are in prayer , one day, two days, three days, five days, ten days... When you say to your wife that 'I love you' is not weakness but strength, it doesn't reduce you but elevate you.
4. Forgive.
Don't keep saying last year you did it, 3years ago you did it, 15years ago, you did it. The wife of Billy Graham said, husband and wife are two people that have agreed to forgive each other for life. You married to forgive!

SCRIPTURE: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith,"giving glory to God. Romans 4":19-20
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To believe is to be blessed.
Our anchor Scripture confirms that Abraham was the father of faith (Romans 14:11). And according to Galatians 3:9,"Abraham was also the father of the blessing. So, faith is a trigger of the blessing. That is to say, if you are of faith, you must be blessed and if you are in doubt, you must be unblessed.
When you look at people of faith like Oral Roberts, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, Bishop David Oyedepo, etc., they are also among the most blessed of people on earth. For instance, Kenneth Copeland has given out twenty seven aeroplanes as gifts to people.
In Luke 1":45,"the Bible says, And blessed is she that believed": for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.
So,"to believe is to be blessed. To be a man or a woman of faith is to be blessed.
In John 20":29,"Jesus Christ said to Thomas who said that until he had seen the crucifixion mark on Jesus and touched it, he would not believe": Thomas,"because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed": blessed are they that have not seen,"and yet have believed. TOPIC: BELIEVE AND BE BLESSED
SCRIPTURE: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith,"giving glory to God. Romans 4":19-20
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To believe is to be blessed.
Our anchor Scripture confirms that Abraham was the father of faith (Romans 14:11). And according to Galatians 3:9,"Abraham was also the father of the blessing. So, faith is a trigger of the blessing. That is to say, if you are of faith, you must be blessed and if you are in doubt, you must be unblessed.
When you look at people of faith like Oral Roberts, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, Bishop David Oyedepo, etc., they are also among the most blessed of people on earth. For instance, Kenneth Copeland has given out twenty seven aeroplanes as gifts to people.
In Luke 1":45,"the Bible says, And blessed is she that believed": for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.
So,"to believe is to be blessed. To be a man or a woman of faith is to be blessed.
In John 20":29,"Jesus Christ said to Thomas who said that until he had seen the crucifixion mark on Jesus and touched it, he would not believe": Thomas,"because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed": blessed are they that have not seen,"and yet have believed. So, anywhere God sees a man or woman who believes, He releases the blessing on him/her. Faith is a provoker of the blessing; faith people are blessed people.

ONES UPON A TIME
1. Once upon a time I met a man who told me that telling the truth and making someone cry, is better than telling a lie and making someone smile and happy.
2. He said to me your true friends are those who will never avoid you just because they have met new friends.
3. As he kept on speaking to me, he said If some people do not appreciate and value my presence, I should work hard to make them value and appreciate my absence.
4. He said I must not be angry with anyone who is quiet on me because there must be a reason why they are quiet, and that I will get to know the reason later.
5. He told me it is always better to be a blessing to others at all times than to be a burden at all times.
6. He said I must learn to forgive others not because they deserve it but because I deserve the peace that comes with forgiveness.
7. I must know that everyone deserves a second chance and many more chances if they ask for forgiveness, but I must not loose my guard over their intentions.
8. I must not only talk to people in my free time, but I must free my time to talk to people.
9. I must know that the truth may hurt for a little while, but a lie will hurt for a long time.
10. I must learn to value and respect people who tell you the Truth no matter how painful the truth is.
11. I must make my decisions when I am in the right mood, not when I am angry, likewise I must not make promises when I am excited with high emotions.
12. I must know that some people are like candles that burn themselves to give light to others. I should not have regrets if I happen to be one of such candles.
13. I must learn to be a caring friend because it is a thousand times better than a careless lover.
14. I should value and protect my relationships of many years of investments because they are like a book that takes years to write but can get burnt only within few seconds.
15. He specifically said this repeatedly that If I have a problem with someone, I should go tell the person and not go tell the world.
16. He said to me that I should know that nobody is too busy, it is just a matter of their priorities within a day.
17. He said to me that people can trust you when you are consistent with what you say and what you do.
18. He said with a low voice, only God can be totally trusted. Trust God 100%.
19. He then said no matter what, I must not forget those who helped and stood by me in my time of trials and during my difficult times.
20. I must always remember those who turned their backs on me in my difficult times of trials. Not for vengeance, but for the lesson of life.
21. I must be careful with those who put me into difficult times but I must never hate them. It is a lesson of life.
22. He said again I must be grateful at all times to God for this life and for living. It is a previlege and not a right.
23. As he was leaving me, he said, always remember how temporary this world is, I must always be conscious of the reality of eternity with God in heaven or with Satan in hell fire.

THE DEAD EVANGELIST IN CHOIR ROBE!
*THE DEAD EVANGELIST IN CHOIR ROBE!*
Brother Clifford made it a duty upon himself that come sunshine and rain, he will be at the Train Station distributing Gospel Tracts to passengers as they board or leave the train! This he did faithfully for several years!
One day at the church service after a rendition by the choir members in church, the choir was appreciated, praised and given a standing ovation! Brother Clifford, instead of being happy for them was very sad! He thought his soul winning efforts was not being acknowledged, rewarded or recognised by the church members and ministers!
He also noticed that nobody from the station has met him to say thank you for what he has been faithfully doing over the years!
Brother Cliffird decided to abandon the trips to the Train Station! Instead he joined the choir and started singing with them! To his surprise he was warmly welcomed! He discovered also that very soon he was singing and receiving standing ovations. He concluded in his mind he has just made the right decision!
One day, he sang Psalm 23 as a solo and by the time he finished singing, the whole church including the pastoral team and the elders were on their feet clapping and giving him a standing ovation!
Suddenly there arose an old man, a stranger in the midst of the congregation who asked to sing the same song while the church was still on their feet clapping for the soloist!
Against protocol, the pastor cynically allowed the old man to sing!
By the time the old man finished singing, the whole church was on their kneels, some weeping, others praying in repentance!
That day, there was no more sermon but an altar call! With sinners giving their lives and backsliders returning to their first love and the whole church rededicating its live!
Brother Clifford, the evangelist in choir robe, felt a deep hole in his heart! He felt empty! He saw the difference between entertainment for the appreciation of men and the ministration for the appreciation of heaven! He left the church with a heavy heart.
Without thinking of removing his choir robe, he headed for the Train Station empty handed as if in a trance! Getting there he met a man in the same spot where he used to stand to distribute gospel leaflets before! The man was distributing gospel tracts and handed him one. The Tract read "I WILL BE A FAITHFUL SOLDIER, I WILL DIE AT MY POST". It ended asking, "are you a faithful witness of the WORD?"
With tears in his eyes and a shaky voice, he asked the man how he came to start distributing the tracts at the spot in the Train Station! The busy man, not looking at him, told him of a dead man who used to come there come sunshine and rain to distribute tracts! That for months the man has not been there! He told him that he believed and concluded the man must be dead! He said the dead man once gave him a tract before that changed his commitment to Christ! And since the man was dead, he felt God wanted him to replace the dead man to continue the good work in the memory of the dead man!
The man kept emphasising, "The Dead Man, The Dead Man" which further sent Brother Clifford back to his kneel weeping and asking for God's forgiveness!
Hmm...

One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving on the inner lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. I mean, he was really friendly.
So I asked, “Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!” This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, “The Law of the Garbage truck.”
He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they’ll dump it on you.
Don’t take it personally. Just smile, wave, and wish them well, say a prayer for them and move on. Don’t take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets. The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.
Life’s too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so…love the people who treat you right. Forgive the ones who don’t. We’re not always responsible for everything that happens to us, but we are responsible for how we react to what happens. Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Endeavour to turn every opportunity to possibility with the mind-set of making impact,"not income.
Many years ago, a young man who was a mechanic based in Onitsha decided to travel to the Northern part of Nigeria at the end of the civil war in the early 70s, but when he reached Otukpo in Benue state, he decided to settle there because he found an opportunity. At that time, Otukpo as a town had many transporters who had Lorries and buses for their transportation business. In those days, when a vehicle’s engine knocked, the owner would go ahead and buy a brand new engine; they did not know that vehicle engines once knocked could be repaired until the man from the East came into the city. He made it known to the people that vehicle engines are repairable. He picked the first engine, repaired it, and when they asked him the cost of repair, he said, ‘This is not for money, use the engine first.’ When they fixed the engine on the vehicle, it was working perfectly. Immediately, the people realised that they had been wasting their money on new engines and decided to take their knocked and abandoned engines to the man for repair. The man became established in that land as a master mechanic. Not too long after, he opened a spare parts store. The last time I heard about him, he was already a millionaire, an importer of tractors from Europe. He was financially settled because he located an opportunity, turned the opportunity to possibility and from possibility to destiny.
Beloved, my counsel is, endeavour to turn every opportunity to possibility with the mind-set of making impact, not income, and income will automatically locate you.

Il y a de nombreuses années, un jeune mécanicien basé à Onitsha décida de se rendre dans le nord du Nigéria à la fin de la guerre civile au début des années 70, mais lorsqu'il arriva à Otukpo, dans l'État de Benue, il décida de s'y installer ; car il y avait trouvé une opportunité.
À l’époque, Otukpo comptait de nombreux chauffeurs qui conduisaient des camions et des semi-remorques. Many years ago, a young man who was a mechanic based in Onitsha decided to travel to the Northern part of Nigeria at the end of the civil war in the early 70s, but when he reached Otukpo in Benue state, he decided to settle there because he found an opportunity. At that time, Otukpo as a town had many transporters who had Lorries and buses for their transportation business. In those days, when a vehicle’s engine knocked, the owner would go ahead and buy a brand new engine; they did not know that vehicle engines once knocked could be repaired until the man from the East came into the city. He made it known to the people that vehicle engines are repairable. He picked the first engine, repaired it, and when they asked him the cost of repair, he said, ‘This is not for money, use the engine first.’ When they fixed the engine on the vehicle, it was working perfectly. Immediately, the people realised that they had been wasting their money on new engines and decided to take their knocked and abandoned engines to the man for repair. The man became established in that land as a master mechanic. Not too long after, he opened a spare parts store. The last time I heard about him, he was already a millionaire, an importer of tractors from Europe. He was financially settled because he located an opportunity, turned the opportunity to possibility and from possibility to destiny.
Beloved, my counsel is, endeavour to turn every opportunity to possibility with the mind-set of making impact, not income, and income will automatically locate you.

TOPIC: BECOME AS A LITTLE CHILD
SCRIPTURE: And said,"Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 18":1
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Any man whose life is filled with cover-ups has no future with God in this world and in the world to come.
From our anchor Scripture,"Jesus made it clear that conversion to a little child is a condition for access into the Kingdom of God; it is a condition for audience with God. Anyone whose character is like that of a child will never struggle for audience with God both in this world and in the world to come.
Now, let’s look at one of the characters of children that an adult should emulate in order to access God in this world and in the world to come.
A Child Has Nothing to Hide
A child literally has no secrets; with a child, what you see is who they are. If a person must access God’s Presence on earth and access His Kingdom after this life, he must be in a realm where there is nothing to hide before God.
Any man whose life is filled with cover-ups has no future with God in this world and in the world to come.
The difference between Saul and David was that any time David did something wrong and God confronted him, he would admit it and ask for mercy but every time Saul did something wrong, he would give excuses and reasons to justify his wrong action (2Samuel 12;13 and 1Samuel 13;10-13).
Beloved, my counsel is, endeavour to be open before God; do not try to hide anything from Him so you can access His Presence and Kingdom. Is there any sin or guilt in you? Open up before God.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Association fuels assimilation,"and who surrounds you determines what you can survive.
Association here refers to the fact of being involved with or connected to someone or something. Who you are involved with or connected to is very critical to your life and destiny. Association fuels assimilation, and who surrounds you determines what you can survive.
Beloved, it is expedient that you change your association the moment you surrender your life to Christ. It is not possible to say a person is born again, filled with the Holy Ghost, and his closest friend is a drunkard, a smoker or a womanizer. The truth is, it is impossible to think that such people cannot convince him to compromise.
If I may ask, is it possible for a fly to play on a hot stove even after dreaming that it was playing on that hot stove? Would that fly make the dream a reality? NO! You cannot be fire and garbage survives around you without being burnt.
I personally know of people who avoid some of us like a plague because they are not comfortable with the lifestyle and discipline we uphold. Our appearance convicts them.
Now, if a child of God always enjoys the company of the ungodly, he should also be ready to enjoy their destination which is hell fire because, who you company with determines what accompanies you. Who you follow determines what follows you.
My counsel is, if you are not a vulture that inhabits corruption, but an eagle that will not taste rottenness, locate your kind in order to fulfil destiny.

TOPIC: DEPLOYMENT OF POTENTIALS: A KEY TO DESTINY FULFILMENT
SCRIPTURE: A man's gift maketh room for him,"and bringeth him before great men. Proverbs 18":16
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The hiding of one’s gifting is the restriction of one’s lifting in life and destiny.
Destiny is God’s design and picture for a person’s future. To capture this picture of God for your future,"you must understand your purpose for existence. When you capture the picture of the future God has for you, and have become everything God created you to be in life, you have fulfilled destiny.
The worst form of failure on earth is not the failure to make money, it is not the failure to make friends; it is the failure to become everything God wants you to become.
Now, we shall be looking at factors that confirm that destiny is being fulfilled. Today, we shall look at one of those factors, which is the Full Deployment of Potential.
Full deployment of potential involves stretching to reach the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus according to Paul the Apostle (Philippians 3":14). It is squeezing out your content until nothing is left. It is the determination to squeeze yourself until no content is buried with you at the end of your life on earth.
It is important to know that the hoarding of potential is the wastage of life and destiny. Those who hoard their gifts waste their lives. The hiding of your gifting is the restriction of your lifting. When a person is fully discharging what God has deposited in him and holds nothing back,"it confirms the fact that he is not wasting his life on earth.
Beloved, make up your mind to deploy all your potentials no matter where you find yourself in life.
